Fill
A glass vial fills with liquid photopolymer resin made for light.
KoreForge
NO LAYERS. NO SUPPORTS. SECONDS, NOT HOURS.
Concept stage · Pre-prototype · Nothing built yet
Overview · Concept
KoreForge is a volumetric 3D printer concept: the missing manufacturing arm. Kore Ore goes in, finished products come out, printed whole in seconds. Drag the model above, open the stages, and press play on the loop.

How it prints · Concept
Computed axial lithography, simply: light patterns harden resin exactly where the object should be, while the vial turns. The entire object appears at once.
A glass vial fills with liquid photopolymer resin made for light.
A NEMA 17 stepper motor, harvested from dead printers and scanners, turns the vial a full 360 degrees.
An upcycled DLP office projector beams computed light patterns into the spinning resin.
Where the light lands, the resin hardens. The whole object solidifies at once: no layers, no supports.
A Raspberry Pi 5 runs the open-source OpenCAL stack and drives every part of the machine.
DIY build path · Concept
The concept build path is deliberately upcycled: a dead office projector, a harvested stepper motor, and open-source software. Estimated out-of-pocket for the concept build: $150 to $300, with resin the hard part. The long-term direction is bio-based photopolymer.
Concept bill of materials
UV resin safety: ventilation, gloves, no drain disposal. Resin work happens outside or in a ventilated makerspace, never in living space.
Where it sits in the cycle · Concept
Trash goes in the KoreBin, the KoreBin makes the ore, the ore goes to KoreForge, KoreForge makes the products, Kore credit is generated, and you order from the catalog through your Personal Intelligence. This is upcycling, not upcycling.
Waste in, labeled upcycled ore out. See KoreBin.
Output becomes KoreBoard panels and catalog products. See KoreBoard.
One neural network linking every point of the cycle to you and your group.
Honest stage
KoreForge is a documented concept. No machine has been built, no resin has been cured, no measurements exist. The DIY build path is a plan, not a result.
The public build log records what is planned, what is done, and what failed. If KoreForge moves from concept to bench test, that is where it will appear first.
